Who you are buying from
This shop is run by Martin Grobbelaar, trading as Lessonary, South Africa. Card payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), which acts as merchant of record: Creem is the legal seller on your receipt, handles the card, the sales tax or VAT, and the refund. Creem’s own terms also apply to the payment itself. Everything else here — the lessons, the licence and the refund promise — is ours.
What you are buying
A digital pack: a lesson plan, a teaching guide, a slide deck and a printable handout as PDFs, plus the editable source files. It is delivered as a download as soon as the payment clears. Nothing is shipped, and you do not need an account.
The licence
- You may teach these lessons to your own classes, print them, keep them, and edit them for your own students — in person or online.
- One teacher per purchase. A school, department or tutoring company that wants several teachers using one pack should ask about a departmental licence first.
- You may not resell, redistribute, post publicly, or fold the files into another paid product, platform or course.
- You may not claim authorship of the material.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Any VAT, GST or sales tax that applies is calculated by Creem at checkout and shown before you pay; Creem remits it.
Refunds
Thirty days, for any reason, with the order number from your receipt — see Refunds.
What we promise, and what we do not
- Every lesson on this site has been read end to end and checked before publication.
- If a lesson is wrong, it gets fixed and the fix is sent to anyone who bought it.
- We do not promise a particular exam result, and we do not promise that lessons beyond the ones listed will be published. What is listed is what exists.
Liability
These are teaching materials. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pack. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under South African consumer law or under the law of your own country.
Governing law
South African law, without affecting consumer rights you hold where you live.
