Refunds
Thirty days, any reason, no argument.
If a pack is not what you expected, write to [email protected] within thirty days of buying, with the order number from your receipt, and it is refunded.
That includes
- You bought the wrong level, or already had the lesson.
- A file will not open, or something is missing from the pack.
- The lesson was not what the page described.
- You paid twice by mistake.
How it comes back
Creem, which processes the payment, returns the money to the card or method you paid with. How long it takes to show is up to your bank — usually a few business days, sometimes a full statement cycle.
If a file is broken
You can have the fixed files or the refund, whichever you prefer. I would rather you ended up with a lesson you can teach.
One small ask
Tell me in a sentence what was wrong. It is not a condition of the refund — the refund happens either way — but it is how the next pack gets better.
